Noventra Atelier offers a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with photos. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Other Returns
For returns because of size, preference or change of mind, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unused.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Tags should remain attached where applicable.
• We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and checked.

How to Return

• Your order number
• The item you want to return
• The reason for your return
• Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your order to the sender's address without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend contacting our support team first. Availability may vary.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow our return procedure.
