At Noventra Atelier, we want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and prepared within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Time
Orders within Canada usually arrive within 8–15 business days after processing. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by holidays, weather, customs or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package and check its delivery status.
Delayed Orders

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been shipped.
